Think about it in this way – the food that you eat (together with the water that you drink and the air that you breathe) provides the building material for your cells. As a result of it – you are made out of your food! Put the right building materials into yourself, and your cells will be happy, your organs will function well, and you will be healthy. Our cells love the building materials that come from the garden. But when you give them man-made food like substances, they get confused and don’t quite know what to do with them. When this happens too often, our hard-working organs get tired trying to get rid of the rubbish. Our cells close up trying to protect themselves and we start feeling worse and worse… But of course, we can reverse it and become the light and radiant beings we are designed to be!
People often associate nutrition with weight loss. However, this is not the focus of the therapy.
